North Carolina Lawmakers Want to Be the State's Only Boobs
Under a proposed North Carolina law that passed out of the House Judiciary Committee this week, women could spend up to six months in jail for exposing a "nipple, or any portion of the areola, of the human female breast" for the "purpose of arousing or gratifying sexual desire."

On January 1, 400 new federal laws took effect. Meanwhile, state legislatures passed 29,000 bills and resolutions, many of which came into force on the first of the year. Local government added thousands of new laws.

That may be the case, but if you think North Carolina is going to tip toward Obama at this point then you are probably on some sort of strong hallucinogenic. Because, really, what is blue or red anyway? They're just illusions. Everything is an illusion.
