Reason.tv Attends the Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear
Reason.tv traveled into Stewart/Colbert territory armed with cameras and microphones in an attempt to collect footage that makes rally-goers look as silly as teabaggers. The results are… Well…
These were the best five minutes of footage they were able to edit together? Really? Like, really? I mean, yeah, some of these people seemed kind of silly. (Especially since some of them were wearing Halloween costumes. Except that, at this rally, at least it was Halloween weekend.) And that one lady who said Bush was more like Hitler than Obama was; that was certainly a dumb thing to say. But, let's be honest, it's a pretty far cry from from calling Barack Obama a radical Christian who "has bowed down to the Muslim faith."
Quite frankly, Reason.tv, I am disappoint.

Indecision Delegate: Sara Benincasa Asks "What Would You Do as a U.S. Senator?"
Gentle reader, have you ever considered what you would do if you were, in fact, an elected U.S. official? No? That is sad, because you totally could run for Senate if you wanted to. In fact, it's not too late to announce your own run! Sure, you won't make it on the ballot, but there's that whole write-in candidate route, correct? I'd vote for you. (No, I wouldn't.) Really, I would. (Still lying.)As your Comedy Central Indecision Delegate, I took it upon myself to go out among The People — a.k.a. my loving constituents — in order to ask what on this green polluted Earth they would do if they were senators. I also asked them various other silly things, because I was the one with the microphone, dammit.
Watch. Learn. See. Do. Be. This is our moment, America.
