SMBC: How Do We Get This Law Passed?
Hmmmm… We may need to tack this law on as a rider to some kind of a bill that Congress can't help but pass. Like, are there any gay people aren't allowed to vote bills coming through the pipeline soon?
I think, though, that this sentiment is already kind of implied whenever someone says something like, "I yield to the distinguished gentleman from the great State of Texas." It is, right?
