The life of a police officer isn't all high-speed car chases and jelly doughnuts. It's also a lot of standing around and listening to crazy people scream stuff.

These guys, we think, were responsible for watching the other officers watch people.

You'd think someone would have the decency to start a ruckus and require restraining just to break up the monotony, wouldn't you?

Doesn't even have to be a big ruckus. Any little ol' ruckus will do.

"Hey, does that guy have a bazooka? Wait, no. I think it's just a phone."

I wonder how many illegal left turns were going unpunished while these guys dealt with this nonsense.

Who do you think they find the most tedious? The protesters, the counter-protesters, or the counter-protester-protesters?
